At any time managing careers is a challenge for both organisations and individuals. For over 20 years we in Ascolto have been privileged to help dozens of organisations and hundreds of individuals in navigating their career development and career transitions. We have really valued the face to face nature of this work, and the opportunity to work one to one with individuals. It is a sign of the difficult times we are in that the need for this sort of help is greater. It is also the case that the budgets available for it are tighter.
We are delighted, therefore, to be able to augment our traditional largely one to one coaching approach with online, small group courses focused on managing careers with a specific focus on transitions such as career progression and promotion, C-Suite appointment, retirement, redundancy, job and role change, returning to work.
